COVID-19 Response

Like all of you, we have been closely monitoring the developments with COVID-19. Our top priority is protecting the health and safety of our customers and staff and we are implementing specific protocols to support the latest PHA and Quebec province guidelines for infection control and prevention.

Serving our customers:

Our practitioners will adopt enhanced routines for infection prevention by increasing the severity and redundancy of our already stringent sanitizing procedures. We use only hospital-grade disinfectants for maintaining cleanliness of all common surfaces, instruments, door handles, equipment, and other touchpoints throughout the office.

We are requiring everyone who enters our office to be wearing a mask, that applies to both customers and staff. There are no exceptions to this rule. We highly suggest that our customers purchase a reusable or disposable mask prior to their visit to our office.

Common social distancing practices will remain in effect in our office as all occupants are expected to stay at least six feet from one another. There will be only one visitor allowed per practitioner, therefore please refrain from bringing anyone with you during your appointment.

As for appointments, we will remain appointment-only for the time being with a maximum of 5 people allowed in the office at all times. We will try to keep this number as low as possible for the health and safety of everyone in the office at any time. We are eliminating waiting areas and reducing our work stations for the purposes of minimizing the risks of spreading COVID-19. We will also be staggering appointments in order to reduce the number of people in our facility.

Finally, we must reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be sick. If you are feeling any of the symptoms that are associated with COVID-19, regardless of whether or not you have been tested for the virus, please stay home and do not visit our office. We will be more than happy to reschedule an appointment for you when you are recovered from any symptoms.

This same restriction is in effect for all members of our staff as well. Any practitioner who feels sick for any reason will not be permitted to come into the office and serve any of our customers.
